Mia Milia Polymeraufbereitung und –dosierung

After a construction time of approx. two years and the completion in 2012, the wastewater treatment plant Mia Milia / Haspolat belongs to the European’s largest installations based on membrane bioreactor (MBR) technology, designed for 270.000 inhabitants of South and North Nicosia and a throughput of 30.000 cubic meters per day. The new construction modernizes water treatment of in the Cypriot capital Nicosia. By using membrane bioreactor (MBR) technology, the treated water can be reused for irrigation and others.

In addition to the plants for wastewater treatment, the prime-contractor WTE Wassertechnik GmbH build plants for sludge treatment with digestion and biogas generation.

Our units for polymer preparation and dosing have been applied via the companies Flottweg AG and PETKUS Technologie GmbH in areas mentioned above.

Polymer preparation and dosing for process water treatment and sludge thickening in the field of biogas production.

 

Scope of services:

 

  •  2 Two-chambered pendulum systems for polymers, made of stainless steel 1.4401, capacity 2000 l/h each, both equipped with a dosing and a post-dilution unit with a water flow rate up to 10 000 l/h (Customer: Flottweg AG)
  • 2 Two-chambered pendulum systems for polymers, made of stainless steel 1.4401, capacity 1000 l/h each, both equipped with a dosing and a post-dilution unit with a water flow rate up to 6 000 l/h (Customer:  PETKUS Technologie GmbH)
