ООО «CHELNYVODOKANAL» (subsidiary of„KAMAZ“) – high-technology, modern complex of water supply and treatment plants of the town Naberezhnye Chelny and its industries.

 

Preparation capacities:

Water extraction – 1 200 thou. m³ water/day

Water treatment – 850 thou. m³ water/day

Regional WWTP – 380 thou. m³ water/day     

 

The prepared drinking water fed into the supply network is completely corresponding to the requirements of SanPiN 2.1.4.1074-01 that is valid for water from central water supply systems and for hygienic standards №2.1.5.2280-07, incl. the chloroform and aluminium standards. The riskless reagent sodium hypochlorite and UV-disinfection are used for the complex water disinfection. Additionally, in the process auf drinking water treatment the active carbon technology is applied for achieving organic norms auf the requirements of SanPiN.

 

Scope of supply:

10/2012

For drinking water preparation and sludge treatment full-automatic polyelectrolyte preparation system is installed, consisting of the following components:

  • 1 x MixLine 7300-4000, 3-chambered preparation plant (capacity: 4.000 l/h) ) working in continuous flow mode
  • 1 x dosing station DS-2-4000 based on eccentric screw pumps (dosing capacity: 1 x 4.000 l/h, 2-6 bar)
  • 1 x post-dilution unit MX7-10000 (capacity: 10.000 l/h)

 

04/2015  

For ammonizing of drinking water full-automatic ammonia-sulphate solution preparation plant is used that consist of:

  • 1 x MixLine 7300-2000AS, 3-chambered preparation plant (capacity: 4.000 l/h) ) working in continuous flow mode
  • 1 x DS-3-1000 dosing station based on eccentric screw pumps (dosing capacity: 3 x 1.000l/h, 2-6 bar)

In the drinking water preparation process activated carbon is applied by means of

  • 2 x big-bag emptying station incl. screw conveyor for dry product, filter unit for dust-free big-bag exchange
  • 2 x MixLine 7100-4000AC, 1-chambered preparation plant (capacity: 8.000 l/h) ) working in continuous flow mode
  • 1 x DS-4-3000 dosing station based on eccentric screw pumps (dosing capacity: 3 x 3.000l/h, 2-6bar)

 

09/2015

For preparation and dosing of sodium carbonate Na2CO3 in the drinking process the following equipment is used

  • 1 x Big-Bag emptying station incl. screw conveyor for dry product, filter unit for dust-free big-bag exchange
  • 1 x MixLine 7100-2000C, 1-chambered preparation system (capacity 2000 l/h) working in continuous flow mode
  • 1 x DS-3-1000 dosing station based on eccentric screw pumps (dosing capacity 3 x 1000l/h, 2-6 bar)

For water disinfection NaOCl 0.8% is used which is obtained by NaOCl electrolysis (87kg/h Cl2 equivalent)

  • 3 x electrolysis plant (Di Nora) incl. water treatment units for electrolysis plants
  • 3 x dosing station DSM-2-410 based on diaphragm dosing pumps (dosing capacity 1 x 410l/h, 4 bars) for brine dosing
  • 3 x dosing station DSM-1-7000 based on diaphragm dosing pumps (dosing capacity 1 x 7000l/h, 7 bars) for NaOCl dosing (pre-chlorination)
  • 4 x dosing station DSM-2-1100 based on diaphragm dosing pumps (dosing capacity 1 x 1100l/h, 10 bars) for NaOCl dosing (post-chlorination)
  • Complete engineering, construction and commissioning of the entire plant

The following system is necessary for flotation in the drinking water preparation process:

  • 2 x MixLine 7300-6000, 3-chambered preparation plant (capacity 6000 l/h) working in continuous flow mode
  • 2 x pneumatic conveying unit MX7900-205/1

 

08/2020

Currently, in the wastewater treatment plant the technical units are extensively modernized. For sludge dewatering in the wastewater process following polyelectrolyte preparation system is used

  • 1 x MixLine 7300-6000, 3-chambered continuous flow processing plant (capacity: 6.000 l/h)
  • 1 x storage unit for dry materials, tank volume 200l incl. flexible screw conveyor for feeding the dry material feede
  • 1 x post-dilution unit MX7-30000 (throughput capacity: 30.000l/h)
